Okay, ladies, what strategies are we using for the weekend? I have lunch with the fam on Sat and the Phillies game on Sun. Jay isn't going, so I think I can steer away from the beer, but I MUST have crabby fries from Chickies..
I would not be able to steer away from the crab fries, either. Here is the daily plate.com analysis: Chicke & Pete's Crab Fries 700 Calories, 40g Fat, NO Cholesterol (??), 79g Carbs, 6g Fiber, and 6g Protein.
I say, as long as you know what you're eating, and you make up for it later, it's OK. I wonder if they have a calculation of how many calories it burns to walk around Citizen's Bank park for a few laps???? - M
