BLAH

Okay-so I've been in a funk and unwilling(unable?) to write down what I am eating. I KNOW it's the best way to lose weight, but I find it more challenging than working out. Any suggestions? BTW-Miss Know it all, your gym LIVES on Les Mills. I'm glad you signed up for BootCamp, cuz beside Spinning, I wouldn't know what to recommend!

  1. indeed. now you know why it took me 3 years to take my first class (excluding yoga). the les mills setup is intimidating - especially at my gym - and they have definitely drunk the kool-aid.
    writing down my food has been annoying, but it has really helped me realize how much I'm eating, if not stop it (like with the beer part..) I just try to take 2 or 3 5 minute sessions during the day where I log everything. It is definitely tough to get started, but it gets easier.

  2. I was bad a writing this week, but for the most part I carry my little food tracker and write it down. I tried using a pretty book to write in, but it really was too big to lug around.
