Have a good week!

I am positive we are all going to do well this week. I have more going on this week, I am teaching 2 Mon and Thurs, have a conference on Wed and am going to theater camp tomorrow. I find structure helps me stick to eating well. Hope you all stay on track!

  1. Thanks - trying!!! I already skipped the gym this morning because satan the cat had me up all night. But I will make up for it tonight either by taking a walk, or hitting the treadmill.
    FYI: I ate a little bit before all workouts this weekend and it was a HUGE improvement..no wooziness, and less muscle fatigue.

  2. Sounds good, ladies. This may sound funny, but keeping in touch on the blog has made me feel more accountable and has helped me to make better choices. Last night, for example, I really wanted to wind down from the weekend with some wine, but I knew that it wasn't the best idea and I really didn't need it, especially after a weekend of overindulgence with the fam. In a way it's made me more mindful. Keep up the good work!

  3. wish me luck ladies - yankees game tonight. i'm going to try to volunteer to drive, and if imbibing at all, stick to one light beer. i can't promise that I'll skip the hot dog, though, so good thing I made good choices all day today.
