Over the weekend, a fellow 'biggest loser' competitor told me about a great (free) website where you can track your calories. Very applicable to me, as up until now I was just using a spreadsheet. I am going to enroll today and will report back on pros/cons.

OK, so I have entered my food so far for today, and it was MUCH quicker and easier to do than how I had been doing it. Also there are other depressing utilities like mood tracking and what your caloric intake should be to get to your goal weight by a certain date (mine was just over 1100 calories a day, which I will probably never hit). Also it makes an instant graph analyzing your food intake breakdown - I eat a lot of fat. I am going to also start logging my activities every day. So far, pretty cool!
