  1. Thanks, Sully! I think you have to do what's right for your body! I like a banana before, just to help me fuel up. I don't wait 1/2 hour most days, though...

  2. I wait about 5 minutes..because there is no way in heck I'm getting up any earlier than 5 AM to eat. But banana does not cut it for me. I need bread or granola bar...you're right - must be what's right for your body. Though I am going to try having that piece of fruit after I am done working out in the morning.
